This Asics Gel Lyte 5 is made up of a collaborative effort that involves three Japanese heavy hitters. WHIZ Limited, mita sneakers and of course, Asics. Initially released during May in limited quantities, many people were not able to grab a pair. Well, weve got good news for you, the Asics Gel Lyte 5 will be available July 4th here in the US.Designed for WHIZ Limiteds 15th anniversary celebration, the Asics Gel Lyte 5 comes in a distinctive colored upper that ranges from camouflage print on the neoprene sockliner which is the completely offset by the tye dye hits seen on the ankle. Black and green suede can be seen on the rest of the upper, while Volt hits is spotted on the outsole, laces and heel part of the shoe. If you like what you see, they will be going for $130, beginning July 4th!
