The colors and design on the shoe are said to be inspired by Skeptas home of Morocco and the hues used on the 1999 Air Tuned Max, which happen to be the first shoes Skepta was able to buy with his own money.The Skepta x Nike Air Max 97 Ultra 17 comes with an upper thats iridescent, polyutherane-coated that comes with a Copper/Rose Gold leather hue contrasted by the Black mesh and the HF weld of the Swoosh logo. More Air Tuned Max inspiration is found on the shoe via the Yellow Air unit. The SK logo is in the shape of a British plug, and its mixed with the classic, small TN badges put on shoes.
