The latest colorway of the Nike Kobe 10 is unveiled with the official moniker Blackout.Inspired by Kobe Bryants drive and determination to succeed in his goals, the drive is evident when Bryant works on his strength, conditioning, skills and mental fortitude. As Kobe simply puts it;When Im really feeling it. I work out until I black out.Flaunting a predominantly Purple colorway, the upper is composed of a seamless open-weave textile that offers lightweight strength and breathability. Contrasting hits of Black are evident on the Swoosh logos, tongue, laces and heels which bears four red lines as a nod to his resilient return from Achilles tendon surgery and the sheath logo. All resting atop a tonal sole unit with an advanced traction system along with a new Zoom Air unit in the heel for firmness, softness and flexibility, finishing touches include a Gold Roman numeral X embedded beneath the Zoom unit.The Nike Kobe 10 Blackout is scheduled to arrive at select Nike retailers starting February 21st.
