Emory Maughan was chosen to design a Nike Air Max 90 PRM Doernbecher for the 2015 Doernbecher Freestyle Colleciton. Diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney failure, Emory hopes to one day have a kidney that will work. She finds hope and inspiration in her family particularly her father who has also dealt with kidney problems and her love of reading, allowing her mind to open up to a world of possibilities, which include a Sasquatch riding a unicorn. That amazing image can be found on the shoes tongue along with the word Impossible with an apostrophe placed between the I and M so that it says Im possible.
