This latest version of the D Lillard 2 is inspired by the story of fools who forged ahead during the California gold rush in an attempt to get rich quick. Damiam Lillard, though is not one to rush things, hes actually one to stay the course and work hard through grit and persistence which ultimately wins the race at the end. The shoe comes in a gold foil upper while additional gold detailing can be found on the tongue and speckled midsole. Contrasting the bold look of the shoe is the dark grey placed on the heel, eyestay, collar and tongue, while the ice green hits on the midsole, laces and heel branding round out the look of the shoe.
