Its also equipped with a supplemented full-length carbon fiber plate which is tuned to minimize energy loss during toe bend without increasing demand for the calf. Finally, the Nike ZoomX midsole provides cushioning over every stride and delivering greater energy return.A standout features on the shoe is the aerodynamic heel counter. This design makes runners 4% more efficient compared to Nikes previous fastest marathon shoe.
